EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Nande Urban Hub or referred to as Nande, is a South Af rican work-based learning solutions partner. We aim to provide high quality training and development opportunities to individuals and companies across South Africa. Nande hub is a level 1 B-BBEE contributor, with 100% black female ownership and management. Through a range of accredited qualifications and non-accredited, in addition to Customised short courses, our training programmes are designed to build a solid foundation of knowledge and understanding, enabling highly targeted skill development whilst stimulating a strong sense of self-motivation. We pride ourselves in learning that transfers skills and knowledge back into the workplace and society. We are passionate and on a quest to have a positive impact on the economy and develop clients that offer sound services and products to their industries. On the positive side, we grow when you grow. The participation in development forums in all Skills related platforms enables us to ensure that we remain current in all areas. We are strategically positioned to offer customised courses that are aligned to NQF unit standards. Customisation of learning interventions allow for a unique user experience for each of our clients. The company’s governance f ramework is defined as “21 Days to create a habit”, and the overall intention of this f ramework is to ensure that there is continual performance improvement by the businesses we interact with, while ensuring that at the same time all governance and regulatory obligations are met. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
